I Have Currently Been Taking The Mini Pill For 4-5

I have currently been taking the mini pill for 4-5 months. I cannot take combined pills due to auroa migraines. Two weeks ago I started getting very tender nipples and sore breasts. This continued with some mild cramping. A week or so later they have gotten significantly bigger to where my husband has noticed. The cramps have continued off and on mildly and have had minor brown discharge not even much but a spot or two on a pantyliner, except after intercourse there was a significant amount twice. I took two pregnancy tests since I thought that was a possibility since my breasts were my first indication with my first pregnancy. Both tests were negative and the second was taken at a doctors office. They told me to stay on the pill and test again in a few weeks?? I feel like my body is confused because I have not had a period since I started. Not sure if I should stop taking it for a week or so? I did miss two pills last month, not consecutively but took them the next day. And this month before I had the symptoms I had taken a pill about 9 hours late. My husband and I had interrcourse that same day. But the spotting has me pretty sure it is not a pregnancy. I did have some constipation and thirst issues but got the most spotting after pushing to go to the bathroom, and only then. I'm confused at what I should do?
