I Have Cut My Foot In Sea Almost 5 Days

I have cut my foot in sea almost 5 days ago and i havent got any treatment since then, and it got badly infected. I was given this cream to make the infection pus go out but i didnt use it properly and now my wound is in red and in pain. I also expwrienced a throbbing pain early this morning, the wound is getting a scrab but the infection isnt out. What should I do? Im afraid of blood poisoning
