I Have Daily Pain And Numbness In My Hand And

I have daily pain and numbness in my hand and arm and sometimes radiates to my back. It's not carpal tunnel syndrome as that has already been ruled out. However my pain and numbness continues daily and is much worse in the afternoon and evening than it is in the morning.
