I Have Dark Circles Around My Eyes And Extended Black

I have dark circles around my eyes and extended black patches in the temple area. I am 37 yrs old, height 5.6, weight 58 kgs. I have the issue of dark circles since i was 23 old. Earlier when i had the extended black patches in the temple area i got it cured with homeo medicine. Now again since 2 years it started showing up these patches.
