I Have Dark Purplish-red Lines On My Cheeks Look Like

I have dark purplish-red lines on my cheeks look like broken capillaries on my face. My skin color is pale and i have natural reddish hair with freckles over face, arms, legs. I have thought the redness in my face was rosacea but I have researched and don't see others with the appearance of broken capillaries. My redness does not have pus filled bumps. It is smooth with no texture. It is getting worse over time. What could this be? And how can I treat? I avoid sun and always wear sunscreen.
