I Have Dark Skin Around My Mouth And My Mum

I have dark skin around my mouth and my mum has the same so I think it's hereditary but I want to get rid of this pigmentation. Suggest me something for it please? Also, even if I am out in the sun for half an hour, I get tanned pretty easy. Why is that? What to do to get an even complexioned face and pink lips? Please help.
