I Have Dark Spots All Over My Legs And Now

I have dark spots all over my legs and now they are showing up in other parts of my body. I have been to 2 derm. and still nothing. They cant tell me much. The test did show its contained with in my skin only but how do I get them to stop and the dark one to clear up
