I Have Dark Spots On My Feet.i First Noticed Them

I have dark spots on my feet.i first noticed them in 2013 only around my ankles but recently they have started spreading.i have shown it to 3 skin doctors but they say it's due to long hours of sitting.recently there is dryness and itching.alao a small scratch or mosquito bit is leaving a new spot.i am attaching a few photos for your reference
