I Have Deep Pain Just Below My Central Rib Cage

I have deep pain just below my central rib cage radiating towards my back .when I lie down on my right side the pain eventually goes. I have had this for over six months. I take anti depressants and sometimes have to take lorazepan. I have tried different pain killers tramadol being the latest. Before a meal is due I often shake get hot and want to cry. Please can you help me
