I Have Degenerative Arthritis Of The Spine, Spondeolisthesis In C3

I have degenerative arthritis of the spine, spondeolisthesis in c3 {Pain started yesterday and progressed sp that I went to orthopeaedic doctor this am. He administered a shot in left shoulder as pain was there and down my arm. No numbness or tingling. Just now I have throbing pain inmy carotid artery area that radiates down to my clavical and it is an 8-9 and wont stop No history of heart problems- family history of stokes
I've taken 5mg hydrocodone is last few minutes / What is your advice at this point.
