I Have Degenerative Disc Disease But Lately My Elbows Hurt,

I have degenerative disc disease but lately my elbows hurt, both of my knees hurt not all the time but usually after exercise classes. I take pain meds and they dull the pain but doesn't work completely. I'm trying to get healthy. I take Zumba, pound, and yoga. Am I overdoing it, or do I just keep trying to work through it?
