I Have Degenerative Disc Disease To Past Surgeries In My

I have degenerative disc disease to past surgeries in my cervical spine and awaiting a third surgery on L4 L5 L4 is completely compressed. I have been experiencing shock like or I should say electrical shock like pains in my stomach all day. Last week I had them in my thigh often on all night. From what I have read it is due to my degenerative spine and compressed discs?? How can I alleviate these annoying shocks.
