I Have Delivered A Baby Boy On 25 August 2014

I have delivered a baby boy on 25 august 2014 by NVD baby had a problem of oesophagus atresia we had done surgery the very nxt day but there is leakage problem occur baby kept on NICU for about 21 days then send to home with feeding tube after 15 days he kept on crying whole night we immediately take him hospital there after 5 days we lost him .. i want to know the reason of the problem in foodpipe and how could we know it in early pregnancy stage...... also i want to conceive again as i cant forget him so is it safe to conceive right now....
