I have demylenating brain lesion snd trigeminal neuralgia, now have pain in upper arm burning and tingling and going into face. Pain abut 8 out of 10. Also have cervical spondylosis. Pain onset rapid and worsening. No relief with rest. Arm pain too severe and limiting ROM. ER indicated?
