I Have Deppression, Anxiety, Anger Managment, And Ptsd. I Recently

I have deppression, anxiety, anger managment, and ptsd. I recently have started back on prozac about a week and a half ago and today i am unreasonably angery. I know that rage and anger can be a rare side effect of the medication. should i be worried right now or see how the next few days play out.
