I Have Dermatitist Around My Eyes. My Dr. Wrote RX's

I have dermatitist around my eyes. My dr. wrote RX's for both tacrolimus and elidel to see what my insurance would cover. They denied both, saying something else needed to be tried first, or my dr. can appeal. Any suggestions for other meds that could be used?
