I Have Developed RA In My Left Knee After A

I have developed RA in my left knee after a high jump on floor.3years have gone.Once i took aceclofenac and Prednisone both for 10 days and stopped gradually in next 15 days Iwas feeling well.but after a month paingrew with more intensity even in the areas aroun knee which were used in physiotherapy after tha pain gone.Can i take the above combination once again
