I Have Developed A Irritating Lump Between The Sphincter And

I have developed a irritating lump between the sphincter and the rear of the scrotum that doesn't really hurt as it's really irritating to site on. It's not real far from the surface, I can't feel it with my fingers but when standing or walking I can feel the pressure on it.
