I Have Developed A Twitching Spasm Directly Below My Left

I have developed a twitching spasm directly below my left eye, you can see the constant pulsing under the skin beneath my eye. I am left eye dominant, and the pulsing runs from the inside corner all the way across under my eye. You can visibly watch the pulsing and constant twitching of the skin
