I Have Developed Extremely Dry/rough Skin Around The "triangle" Of

I have developed extremely dry/rough skin around the "triangle" of my clitoris. Like sand paper... and when I examine myself around that area you can see it's rough. It's like the top layer of skin is gone. And it's very itchy. It is literally right inside around my clitoris. Nowhere else in my vulva.
