I Have Developed Hard Pimple Small Does Not Hurt But

I have developed hard pimple small does not hurt but feels like a bump. It is out side my nose out side my nostrill. It is not red, it does not hurt but when I touch it it feels hard. Should I go see the regular doctor or any home remedy to be done at home? Please guide me, it has been about ten days first there was in my nostrill with hydrogen peroxide on a cutip dried and gone now. But I am worried about a small hard bump outside my nostrill.
