I Have Developed Numbness In The Right Lower Lip Area.

I have developed numbness in the right lower lip area. I have good mobility in the area and speech is normal. I have bad teeth very bad teeth. They have hurt particularly bad tonight. Is th numbness the infection or could it be a stroke. Im 55 yrs old.
