I Have Developed Several Moles On My Labia.. They Are

I have developed several moles on my labia.. They are raised and dark brown.. They do not hurt.. They are not cuts.. I have had 2 c-sections and a complete hysterectomy but I still have my cervix and my vagina.. What could these moles be??? I took a picture today for the first time my life of my labia.. I have no idea what I am looking at.. I am 49 years old and caucasian.
