I Have Developed Severe Knee Pain Over The Weekend. I

I have developed severe knee pain over the weekend. I did some manual labor but I didn't do anything to my knee. The pain is on the inside of the knee. It is swollen some but not much. It hurts to bend or straighten. The pain is like knives stabbing into the area. I have taken Tylenol and used. Ice packs but no relief. I have had some trouble recently while sitting in the floor with my knees turned slightly outward. I get some mild pain. Also, while lying in bed I sometimes get pain in the knee.
