I Have Developed These Sort Of Red Circles Around My

I have developed these sort of red circles around my lips they are itchy and little scaly and initially a dark brown patch is formed after that these redness left and it's been a month have consulted a dermatologist locally she suggested me to apply Momate F cream but m not happy with the progress marks are still there and they are quite prominent . Please look at the images and suggest the medication.
Have changed the toothpaste which i discontinued it long back else have not changed anything in cosmetics n lipsticks
