I Have Diabetes. My Blood Sugar Was 69 At 5:30

I have diabetes. My blood sugar was 69 at 5:30 this a.m. I am on Glipizide 3 tablets in am and 2 at night. Because it was low this morning, I drank juice. I was sweathing and shaking and had diareahha before taking 2 6oz glasses juice, 15 minutes apart. Fifteen minutes later it was 202. I am shaking like crazy. WHAT SHOULD i BE DOING?
