I Have Diabetes And Hip And Had Diarrhea So Bad

I have diabetes and hip and had diarrhea so bad it affected m kidneys. Now I have problems with spiking hbp. This started in January. In March dr said kidneys not functioning even though they were in January. I see a nephrologist 30 April. Can this be reversed or is this chronic kidney disease? I seem to have Ll the symptoms.
