I Have Diabetes (well Controlled - A1C Is 6.0) &

I have diabetes (well controlled - A1C is 6.0) & have been a diabetic for 55 years. I also have lupus.
I suffered a TIA a few weeks ago. My MRI stated that I have chronic microvascular ieschima. Could this be caused by the diabetes or lupus ? Thank you.
