I Have Diabets And My DR Took Me Off My

I have diabets and my DR took me off my insuline 2weeks age and just talking my pills. Today I got my bloodiest back and my load sugar is abnormal 134, my A1C is abnormal and up at 6.5 and my triglycerides is abnormal at 241. I still have a insulin pen I haven't used, should I start talking my insuline with dinner and until I talk with my doctor Monday.
