I Have Diagnosed Pcos, Potential Endometriosis As Well. Always Have

I have diagnosed pcos, potential endometriosis as well. Always have pain, but now five days of chronic sharp stabbing pain in right ovary & radiats down leg. Have cysts on both ovaries & cervix as well. Should I go to the ER? Oh, I don't think fever but yes nausea. Dr. prescribed pain killers aren't helping.
