I Have Difficulty Chewing Food On The Left Side Of

I have difficulty chewing food on the left side of my mouth. I have full motion of my tongue toward the right side, but have difficulty moving it on the left side. If almost feels as though I am coming out of a Novocaine shot after a visit to the dentist. This started 2 days ago. Also, when I stick out my tongue, the tip points partly to the left side of my face.
