I Have Difficulty Sleeping And Relaxing To Fall Asleep .

I have difficulty sleeping and relaxing to fall asleep . My psychiatrist prescribes 5 mg of Diazepam which I sometimes cut in half

Now I found Osteobiflex with 6mg of Melatonin in it . When I take it I don't need Diazepam . Is ir safe to take the osteobiflex which i need that contains 6 mg of melatonin ?
