I Have Digestion Problems And Really Bad Menstrual Cramps That

I have digestion problems and really bad menstrual cramps that occur around the time I have my menstrual flow. I have informed my doctor and have seen a gynecologists, but they have not been able to help other than giving me deep tissue pain medication. I am afraid that it may be problems with my colon. I am not sure. What should I do?
