I Have Digonsised For Signoid Sinus Themboisis App 1 Month

I have digonsised for signoid sinus themboisis app 1 month back. I experienced double vision also.. Doctor prececribed me for acitorm, and ask to keep INR between 2 to 3. App 7 days back, in brain angio report, it was found that partial recanalization in this sinus. Now my vision is improving and double vision occured only when I tired. Can you please ask my how much time will take to cure double vision and themboisis.
