I Have Disc Removed From My Back In Dec 2016

I have disc removed from my back in dec 2016
I have nerve damage from below my right knee to my grion.
2 years on , I still have throbbing pain from my grion to my foot and my back is pinching . This pain is travelling up into the back of my head and I’m getting very down with it . Anything advice for me please
