I Have Discharge For Some Years Now. I Been To

I have discharge for some years now. I been to doctors no STD or STI, not yeast, not BV. i googled PCOS and have alot of those signs. But I cant do anything about discharge. Its irritating the skin down there too. I changed soaps to sensitive and detergent. It doesnt smell but sometimes i have a little pink and brown discharge or blood. Help me please U dnt know what to do.
