I Have Discomfort In My Chest .... Not Pain But

I have discomfort in my chest .... not pain but like a tight band around it and a metallic taste in my mouth and ache in my jaw .... both sides ..... surely not my heart .... I've been out all day and I felt fine when I got home ... just had two sips of wine now .... should I go to the hospital ?
