I Have Discovered These Large Boil Sized Lumps On My

I have discovered these large boil sized lumps on my body. There are 4 on one arm and 5 on the other. They are confined to between the elbow and shoulder joint. Some smaller ones are beginning to grow on my arms between the elbow and wrist. I have lost a lot of weight and wonder if these are fatty pockets or something else. I've discovered some on my torso as well. What are these things?
