I Have Distended Stomach, A Sense Of Fullness In The

I have distended stomach, a sense of fullness in the stomach even though I have not eaten anything, dark mushy stools that sink and are greasy after wiping, no appetite, pelvic pain(intermittent stinging pain almost like a very small electrical charge). Any idea of what it might be?
