I Have Diverticulitis Just Finished Flagyl And Cipro For 7

I have diverticulitis just finished flagyl and cipro for 7 days everytime I urinate I have the urge to have a bowel movement it is very soft and comes out like toothpaste squeezing very tiny . now stopped meds still the same bowel symptoms only a lot of gas too.. I feel very sob for some reason too and tired. my o2 is good. just fill like cant get a deep breathe.. is all this related somehow?
