I Have Dizziness Sometimes When I Turn Over In Bed

I have dizziness sometimes when I turn over in bed or sit up and about a month ago I feel, hit my head on steel and it knocked me out for a second and I feel three feet and fell directly on top on my head but the dizziness started one moth later could this dizziness be related to the fall?
