I Have Dizziness Which Starts With Peripheral Vision Going Black

I have dizziness which starts with peripheral vision going black and closing in towards center. Usually occurs when bending over and raising back up but has also come on while walking or sitting? I am on irbesartan. Could this be a side effect. Also feel tired, unmotivated to do things I normally do, increased anxiety.
