I Have Dizzy Spell Recently Where My Ears Feel Hot

I have dizzy spell recently where my ears feel hot and I can't really get ahold of my thinking and I am super dizzy. other times it comes and I just feel extremely light headed and I can't concentrated for a while. I drink a ton of water and eat a balanced diet and I don't know whats wrong. Its been going on about 2 weeks now.
