I Have Done A Blood Test Before 3 Months And

I have done a blood test before 3 months and I was diagnosed with celiac disease. And I already have thyroid problem which is controlled right now with thyroxine. The issue is I followed a gluten free diet but I can't see any progress I am still loosing weight, hair, my skin is pale and dry, and vomiting. I also have abdominal pain and cramps. When I first did the blood test my ANA result was positive tritre of 1:1280. And he was suspecting a fatty liver. Now I repeated it and still the same result. My doctor is away and I can't reach him. Do I have to be worried?
