I Have Done A D@c Two Days Before .the Fetus

I have done a d@c two days before .the fetus hadnt found fetal pole pole only yolk sac and gestational sac found. I am 33 years old.is it common in this age.that was my firstpregnancy.i jus married on this september .in october i became pregnant.what may be the reason of my my misscarriage. Do it affect my next pregnancy? We are so scated.
