I Have Done And 2 Day Egg Tranfer 14 Days

I have done and 2 day egg tranfer 14 days ago. The Test was showing less than 0 two days ago and now 0.1. But the scan was done and some sacs were detected. I also have menstrual like discharge but less than period, though I am on Progesteron, it begins at day 11 after et from brown discharge and continues as a red but not intensive. My gynecologist suggested to continue progestan and check Hcg in two days. Does it make sense?
