I Have Done My Medical Test For Going To Gulf

I have done my medical test for going to Gulf Countries.Blood and urine Test are ok.But in Chest X-ray it diagnosed that I have pleural thickening on both Apical region .So due that result Diagnostics person advising me to consult with Chest Specialist and again appear for x-ray test after a week time.So my point is how could we clear or minimised pleural thickening from Apical region to get that test clear.
