I Have Done Stool Examination. The Report Says Pus Cells

I have done stool examination. The report says pus cells are 5-8, ph is 6.8, color browinsh, reaction:acidic,apperance: semi solid, no bacteria,no parasit,no ova, no muscus, no blood,RBC: not seen
But few undigest food particle are seen. I have gas and acidity problem. So what you suggest me is that anything to worried about
