I Have Done Ultrasound And The Report Says There Are

I have done ultrasound and the report says there are multiple calculi seen largest 2cm .E/o cluster of calculi containing multiple small calculi seen with cluster size 2.7x1.5 cm. The impression is diffuse grade I fatty infiltration of liver and cholelithiasis. In blood report sgpt and sgot is 2447 and 1129 respectively. Doctor has suggested ulysis 150 ,superia dsr,floristore and superalin 625. This all started with severe pain and gastric attacks.So doc has suggested that first will control enzyme and then remove stone through surgery .well can stone be one of the reason for increase enzymes..and is surgery necessary. ...any other suggestion to keep the situation in control
