I Have Drooling Like Sensation On The Right Side Of

I have drooling like sensation on the right side of my mouth, but it is dry. The left side of my face muscles are tender, it even is uncomfortable to open wide or even sing. And I have been having migraine like headaches. And difficulty expressing my thoughts. Could this be from a herniated disk in my neck? Or is there something more I need to be concerned with?
